The EnterpriseCases Solution for Dynamics 365 Platform will allow the various departments within your organisation that handle different functions to be able to use cases across multiple departments for different categories and user groups and providing the capability of different department needs and integrations to other systems to be met without interrupting other departments work.
An Example
An example of where this Solution can be deployed on Dynamics 365 for the Education Sector is Universities that have different departments providing customer service by varing function and seperation of students engaging with Academic Registrar's office, versus department for International Students.
The example is regarding Education Sector, however if your organisation is in another industry and needs to manage Cases Enterprise-Wide, this solution can be deployed on your Dynamics 365 as well.
